<Detail>■Revenue- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.- Analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.- Create and develop pricing strategies.- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.- Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity.- Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.- Manage and evaluate delivery partner performance and contract rate (OTAs, FIT, tour operators, companies, groups, etc.).■Reservation- Aim to acquire guests by making full use of the latest reservation system.- Advise guests who may be choosing from a variety of hotel options.- Make reservations for guests based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.- Check the availability of accommodation or transportation on the guests’ desired travel dates.- Process payments and send confirmation details to guests.- Sort out any issues that may arise during reservation process.- Ensure website booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.- Answer any questions guests might have about the reservation process.- Up-sell, when appropriate, by informing guests of additional services or special packages, such as upgraded accommodations.- Provide support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
