    <Detail>
    ■Revenue
    - Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations.
    - Analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
    - Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
    - Create and develop pricing strategies.
    - Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
    - Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity.
    - Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
    - Manage and evaluate delivery partner performance and contract rate (OTAs, FIT, tour operators, companies, groups, etc.).

    ■Reservation
    - Aim to acquire guests by making full use of the latest reservation system.
    - Advise guests who may be choosing from a variety of hotel options.
    - Make reservations for guests based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
    - Check the availability of accommodation or transportation on the guests’ desired travel dates.
    - Process payments and send confirmation details to guests.
    - Sort out any issues that may arise during reservation process.
    - Ensure website booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
    - Answer any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
    - Up-sell, when appropriate, by informing guests of additional services or special packages, such as upgraded accommodations.
    - Provide support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management.
    - At least 3 years experience of Reservation and Revenue roll.
    - Working experience in Foreign Hotel or Foreign Service Apartment
    - Language skills: English - upper intermediate level
    Good knowledge of technical and managerial applications of Revenue Management System and the utilization.
    - Good knowledge of total hotel revenue management concept and processes.
    - Ability to interpret market data and apply to sales strategy.
    - Ability to use standard software applications, complex spreadsheet software, analytical tools and hotel systems.
    - Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
