One of our clients, which is one of the most famous IT companies in Japan, is now looking for Senior Manager.【What you will be working on】- Lead and manage multiple software development teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and high productivity.- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.- Provide technical guidance and direction to the development teams.- Ensure the use of best practices and modern development methodologies.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.- Develop and implement strategies for improving software development processes and practices.- Collaborate with senior leadership to align development activities with business goals.- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.■ Attractive Points- They are very big company in Japan so you can work at good environment!- This position is core member in this company, that's why you can grow up your skills and career!
