- Translate the specifications, work discussions via chat channels, proposals, etc. from the IT development division (Japanese ⇔ English/Vietnamese) - Interpret at the project team meetings and in-house/external meetings (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese) - Have the opportunity to join the Agile model development team as a Production Owner role of Scrum (Training on job) - Understand the requirements from customers, grasp/analysis the business logic of systems - Convey the contents correctly to development team- Q&A between the customer with development team- Manage the development progress, testing
