- Đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa đội phát triển tại Việt Nam và khách hàng Nhật Bản.- Thực hiện trao đổi, thương lượng và phân tích tài liệu mô tả chi tiết với khách hàng, đặt câu hỏi để làm rõ yêu cầu và giải thích cho đội phát triển.- Kiểm soát tiến độ, quản lý các loại hình dự án như: Các hệ thống web-application (sử dụng ngôn ngữ Ruby, PHP, Java, C++, C#).
