* Tóm tắt Công việc- Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm phát triển và thương mại hóa vật liệu thân giày (upper) và phụ liệu cho các sản phẩm của công ty. Mục tiêu là đảm bảo vật liệu đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, phù hợp với yêu cầu thiết kế và đạt mục tiêu lợi nhuận. * Nhiệm vụ chính:Vận hành và sản xuất (65%):- Thúc đẩy quá trình phát triển vật liệu từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến sản xuất hàng loạt, đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng mục tiêu chất lượng và lợi nhuận.- Làm việc với các đội ngũ tại Mỹ và Châu Á để lựa chọn vật liệu, giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật và đảm bảo giao tiếp thông suốt.- Giám sát quy trình tại nhà máy và xử lý các vấn đề hàng ngày với nhà cung cấp. Hợp tác và xây dựng đội ngũ (20%):- Xây dựng mối quan hệ chuyên nghiệp với các đồng nghiệp, cấp trên và các nhà máy.- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với nhiều bộ phận khác nhau (như Kỹ thuật, Chi phí, Đảm bảo chất lượng) để thúc đẩy việc ra quyết định và giải quyết vấn đề.Quy trình và cải tiến (10%):- Đề xuất và thực hiện các cải tiến trong chu trình phát triển sản phẩm.- Phối hợp với đội ngũ tại Mỹ để phát triển bảng màu và vật liệu theo mùa, đồng thời tìm kiếm các lựa chọn vật liệu bền vững.Đào tạo và phát triển (5%):- Thường xuyên đi công tác đến các nhà máy và trụ sở chính.- Cập nhật kiến thức về vật liệu và công nghệ mới trong ngành, sau đó chia sẻ thông tin này để định hình chiến lược vật liệu của công ty.
