  <Job Summary>
  This position is responsible for sales, system implementation support, and customer success for in-house IT products as well as SaaS solutions. As the company expands its in-house product offerings alongside its offshore development business, you will drive business growth by providing tailored proposals and operational support to meet client needs.
  
  <Detail>
  - Sales & Business Development: Conduct client interviews, deliver product demonstrations, and present solutions for in-house products and IT systems (targeting Japanese company in Vietnam).
  - Implementation Support & Customer Success: Support operational design during system rollout, conduct user training, manage user manuals, and handle post-implementation inquiries.
  - Cross-functional Collaboration: Relay client feedback and change requests accurately to the internal development/technical teams to drive product improvements.
  - Project Support: Facilitate communication and progress management between clients, local development teams, and the Japanese headquarters.
  - Other tasks from the manager.
