【業務内容】
・ネットワーク、サーバー、ファイアウォール、VPN、クラウド環境、バックアップ、エンドポイント、Wi-Fi、オフィス機器、オンライン会議設備などのITインフラの設計・構築・運用・改善
・ITシステムの監視、定期保守、アップグレードを実施し、システム性能および運用コストの最適化
・社内ユーザー向けのService Desk / Help Deskを運営し、SLAを遵守しながら、開発チーム(開発者、QA、PMなど)および各部門へのITサポートを提供
・上司の指示に基づき、総務部門に関する業務をサポート

【必須条件】
・情報技術（IT）、情報システム、情報セキュリティ、または関連分野の大学卒業
・ITインフラまたはIT運用における実務経験3年以上
・以下に関する知識・経験：ネットワーク（LAN / WAN、VLAN、VPN）、Windows / Linuxサーバー、ファイアウォール、Active Directory（AD）/LDAP、クラウド（AWS、Azure、GCPの経験があれば尚可）、エンドポイントセキュリティ、バックアップシステム
・コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、問題解決能力を有し、サービスマインドを持って業務に取り組める方
【歓迎条件】
・ベトナム語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方
・ISMS（ISO27001）に基づく情報セキュリティマネジメントシステムの構築・導入・運用経験
・以下いずれかの資格保有者：CCNA / CCNP、Microsoft認定資格、AWS / Azure認定資格、セキュリティ関連資格、ISO27001 Lead Implementer /Lead Auditor
