  【Job Summary】
  Looking for an experienced Frontend Lead Engineer to take a key role in designing, developing, and leading the frontend architecture of advanced web applications used in the construction and engineering technology industry. This position is ideal for a senior frontend professional who not only excels technically but also enjoys mentoring others, shaping engineering processes, and driving product quality in a fast-growing global　environment.
  
  As a Frontend Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks,　primarily React with TypeScript, while leading a small engineering team of fewer than ten members. You will work closely with Product Managers, backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.
  
  The role goes beyond coding. You will actively participate in technical decision-making, architectural discussions, and project planning. From requirements analysis and documentation to deployment and post-release operation, you will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will also be expected to review code, guide best practices, and ensure the team adheres to high engineering standards in terms of performance, maintainability, and usability.

  -Develop and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
  -Lead and manage a frontend engineering team (less than 10 members).
  -Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and technical documentation.
  -Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure frontend best practices.
  -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, backend engineers, and designers.
  -Propose technical solutions and guide architectural decisions.
  -Manage team progress, task assignments, and delivery timelines.
  -Train, support, and motivate team members to grow technically and professionally.
  -Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and team-related issues.
  -Conduct unit testing and support deployment and operation of products.
  -Actively read and refactor existing code to improve quality and performance.
  -Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
