  【Job Summary 】
  Seeking an experienced and highly reliable Accounting Manager to strengthen its finance and accounting function within a manufacturing environment. This position is designed to support the Finance Director/Accounting Director and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance with both local and international accounting standards.
  
  The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting, with a strong focus on cost accounting rather than treasury-oriented finance. This role is positioned at manager or senior supervisor level, acting as a key contributor and deputy to the department head rather than a standalone executive role.
  
  This position is well-suited for a professional who is detail-oriented, familiar with IFRS and consolidated reporting, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment using either Japanese or English in daily operations.
  
  【Responsiblities】
  -Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  -Manage and supervise cost accounting processes, including product costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost control.
  -Review and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  -Ensure proper recording of inventory, work-in-process (WIP), and fixed assets.
  -Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with local accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  -Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages for headquarters and group reporting purposes.
  -Support internal and external audits and respond to audit inquiries effectively.
  -Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
  -Act as a key support to the Accounting Director/Finance Director in planning, reporting, and internal financial control matters.
  -Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial data integrity.
  -Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
  -Systems & Process Improvement
  -Utilize accounting systems effectively, including Fast Accounting System (experience with other ERP/accounting systems is also acceptable).
  -Participate in improving accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
