    <Job summary>
    As an assistant to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for coordination, organizing information, on-site support, and supporting new openings.

    <Details>
    ■ Operation Coordination & Communication
    - Assist the Operation Director and Operation Manager by acting as a coordination point between headquarters, cinema sites, and external partners.
    - Collect, organize, and structure operational information, and provide translation support (Japanese / English / Vietnamese as required).
    - Prepare meeting materials, summaries, action items, and follow up on execution status.
    - Support regular operational reporting and information sharing.
    ■ New Cinema Opening & Site Support
    - Support new cinema opening projects, especially during the pre-opening phase.
    - Visit cinema sites as required to assist coordination with construction companies, equipment vendors, and cinema managers.
    - Assist in managing on-site issues, prioritizing tasks, and escalating matters to the Operation Manager or Director when necessary.
    - Support on-site communication to ensure smooth progress toward opening.
    ■ Project & Task Management Support
    - Assist in coordinating and tracking operational tasks related to new openings, renovations, and operational improvements.
    - Support PP / PR-related processes by organizing site requirements, specifications, urgency, and background information.
    - Work closely with the Operation Manager to ensure alignment with company operational standards and procedures.
    - Maintain task lists, schedules, and progress updates.
    ■ Pre-opening & Opening Phase Assistance
    - Support the site team during pre-opening and opening periods.
    - Assist in handling initial operational issues after opening and help ensure a smooth transition to stable operations.
    - Organize post-opening issue lists, documentation, and handover materials.
    ■ Administrative & Other Support
    - Assist with operational administrative tasks related to site visits and projects.
    - Support coordination for business trips as required (domestic and/or abroad).
    - Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Operation Director or Operation Manager.
    - Perform other related tasks as required by the manager.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - English: Intermediate level or more (communicate with internal and external)
    - At least 3 years of Assistant, coordination of a director, or operation in the B2C industry
    - Comfortable coordinating with internal and external parties
    - Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.)

    <Prefer>
    - Japanese: N2 advanced or N1
    - Experience in launching new offices and project management
    - Experience in interpretation and translation
    - Flexibility to handle on-site support and business trips
