【求人概要】
ベトナムの日系縫製検品会社にて、営業及び工場管理業務を担っていただける人材をお探ししています。
ご紹介先は自社の検品センターを持っている企業となり、様々な工場にスタッフを派遣させています。
本ポジションではそのスタッフのマネジメント、及び現場のオペレーションが正しく行われているかの管理を頂きます。
【具体的には】
・既存営業へのフォローアップ業務(工場のお客様とのやり取りがメイン)
・アポイントを取得した顧客への訪問
・海外の顧客と英語にてやり取り
・お客様との会食(週2~4回)
・検品検査が基準通りに実施されているか確認
・日本語が話せる現地人班長とのやり取りを通し、検品が進捗通りに行われているか管理監督

【必須条件】
・四大卒
・サービス業、製造現場での現場管理、縫製業界、のいずれかの経験3年以上
・ビジネスレベルの英語・もしくは中国語が可能な方
【歓迎条件】
・3年以上の縫製業界での経験がある方。(ポジションは問いませんが、縫製知識が備わっている方。)
・営業職をご経験されたことがある方英文
