    <Job summary>
    You will be an Project Manager for ERP in a Japanese company.
    * This position is an Outsourced.

    <Detail>
    - Promote the planning and implementation of IT systems centered on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM) from a customer-oriented perspective
    - Analyze and understand clients’ business situations to propose optimal solutions
    - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and organize issues and their root causes
    - Support the formulation of overall business and IT transformation plans, as well as the development of IT grand designs
    - Manage ERP implementation projects from both the user and vendor perspectives
    - Other task from the manager or Japanese HQ

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese: N2 intermediate or more
    - 5 years of experience in ERP-related projects (Dynamics 365 Finance, SCM) and agile development projects.
    - Experience of having all team members involved, promoting projects, and achieving results that exceed customer expectations through customer negotiations and proactive
    actions.
    - Basic Excel/PowerPoint skills (issues, schedule management, creating explanatory materials for customers, etc.).

    <Prefer>
    - English: Intermediate levels (TOEIC 700)
    - Delivery experience of IT projects (including management of several people).
    - Overseas vendor management experience, offshore management experience.
    - IPA project manager, project management qualification such as PMI.
    - Having a mindset that allows you to enjoy your work even when dealing with changing circumstances and flexibly improve your performance.
    - Can work in a team with various members having various values.
