【Job Summary 】
As a foundational member of the sales department’s new business development team, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and securing new market opportunities for our company’s sewing automation, OEM sewn products, and safety systems. You'll be involved in setting up processes and frameworks from scratch—market research, lead generation, partnership development, and campaign execution—all to support growth in Vietnam and potentially ASEAN. You will work closely with senior leadership, R&D, operations, and manufacturing to align marketing strategies with product capabilities and company vision, driving opportunities in sectors such as medical, automotive safety, mobility, environment, and energy. This position offers the chance to shape policy, influence strategic direction, and see tangible results from your efforts in a fast-paced, innovative industrial setting.
【Responsiblities】
-Conduct market research to map out potential customers, segments, and competitor landscapes in Vietnam for automatic machines, contract manufacturing, safety systems, medical, or mobility-related products.
-Identify and qualify new business leads: including B2B clients, OEM partners, end users, government / institutional buyers.
-Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients; engage them through outreach, proposals, presentations, visits, and follow-ups.
-Support the design of marketing materials (brochures, product datasheets, case studies, etc.) tailored to new business segments.
-Plan and execute both online (digital marketing, website content, SEO/SEM, social media) and offline (events / trade shows / exhibitions / seminars) initiatives to promote the company’s technologies and capabilities.
-Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, engineering, production, quality) to ensure marketing messages align with product capabilities, technical features, cost, lead-time, and quality.
-Track and report on key metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, market feedback) to inform decision-making.
-Help build the processes/operating model for the new business development/marketing department: setting KPIs, workflows, and budgets.
-Monitor industry trends, technological developments, regulatory changes, and customer needs; propose product or service adjustments or innovations based on insights.
-Foster and manage relationships with external partners: agents, distributors, research institutions, and government bodies where relevant.
-Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and brand standards in all marketing and business development activities.

【Must】
-At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience
-Have digital (WEB) marketing experince.
【Prefer】
- English (Intermediate level)
- Japanese (N2)
- Have experience in a start-up or building a new department.
- Have experience in the factory automation (FA) equipment or automation machinery industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and negotiate both internally and externally.
