  - Understand the technical details of the products or services being sold.
  - Provide technical advice and support to customers.
  - Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

  - Maintain relationships with existing customers.
  - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

  - Troubleshoot and solve customer problems and issues.
  - Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure product performance and satisfaction.
  - Work closely with the engineering team to understand product specifications and development.
  - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials.
  - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
  - Odor control solutions for factory exhaust gas, kitchens, and other facilities
  - Design, construction management, and proposal-based sales of deodorizing equipment (low-temperature plasma and filter systems)
  - HVAC-related sales to Japanese subcontractors and local Vietnamese companies
  - Sales of HVAC materials and LED lighting to Japanese subcontractors and construction sites in industrial parks
  - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director.
