【Job Summary】- Responsible for developing operational, direct sales strategies. 【Job description】(details)- Obtain the objectives and turnover as target by the Management Board. - Is accountable for performance of the direct sales team, including overall and product line sales objectives and net sale profit goals. - Produces accurate and timely sales forecasts as required by senior sales management. Selects and coaches the performance of respective sales team. Provides ongoing training for sales representatives on product knowledge, selling skills, etc. - Communicates and implements sales policies, procedures and processes to support objectives of the Company. - Interfaces directly/ indirect with customers and direct sales staff, spending most time in the sales field. - Encourage sales persons, customers through sales incentive, bonus on achievement, award trips, and customers’ conferences. - Pricing Management: Set up price to customers, market.
