  - Lead and mentor the QC team
  - Develop and implement QA strategies, prioritizing automation testing
  - Analyze product requirements and review design documents
  - Enhance unit testing quality using visualization tools
  - Design, review, and improve test plans and test cases
  - Standardize and improve QC processes
  - Set goals for the QC team and guide members in achieving them
  - Introduce and manage automation testing implementation
  - Plan skill development and training programs for the team
