    <Job summary>
    Sales assistant for a trading company (food division).
    We purchase from within Vietnam and sell to Japanese supermarkets in the country.

    <Detail>
    - Purchasing and sales documentation
    - Check and manage product inventory
    - Adjust delivery schedules
    - Coordinate with the company's warehouse and logistics departments
    ‐ Correspondence with existing customers by email and telephone (confirmation of delivery dates, order acceptance, etc.)
    - Business trips（with sales）: about twice a month (1-3 nights). Da Nang, Dalat, Can Tho, etc.(To visit suppliers)
    - Other task will be assigned by the manager.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree.
    - Japanese skill: N2 intermediate.
    - English: Conversational levels (internal conversation)
    - At least 1 year of experience sales assistant
    - Tenacious personality.
    ※ Personality is more important than experience. New graduates are also welcome.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience working for a Japanese company
    - Experience living in Japan
