工作内容
• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, budgeting, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
资格
应征条件
<MUST>
- University degree or above in computer sciences/information systems/security;
- English: Intermediate level.
- Experience: 8+ years in IT related areas including 3+ years in PM role for finance/banking projects or equivalent projects.
- Fast thinker, strategic sighted, willing to change, curious, optimistic;
- Responsible, accurate, self-motivated and able to deliver under high pressure and to strict deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams;
- Good skills of leadership, planning, teamwork, coordination, communication, reporting & interpersonal;
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Ability to utilize project management tools such as ITSM, DevOps, Jira, etc.
- Good background in software engineering, proven analytical background

- Certifications: PMP/CAPM/PfMP will be advantage.
- Cross-industry experience, BA experience are given priority英文
