【Job Summary】The Warehouse Leader will play a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations for a logistics-focused organization operating in Vietnam. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse management while supervising local warehouse staff who handle day-to-day operational tasks. Although hands-on warehouse work is primarily conducted by local company staff, the Warehouse Leader is expected to manage, coordinate, and continuously improve warehouse activities through strong leadership, operational oversight, and inventory control.The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between warehouse operations and management, ensuring that logistics processes align with service quality standards, cost efficiency goals, and customer expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
