MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC• Tiếp nhận yêu cầu phát triển sản phẩm mới và mẫu benchmark từ Giám đốc và bộ phận Kinh doanh.• Đánh giá và tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp nguyên phụ liệu phù hợp, bao gồm thông tin dinh dưỡng và chất gây dị ứng.• Phát triển và đánh giá mẫu cùng với bộ phận Kinh doanh, triển khai các dự án mới theo yêu cầu.• Tạo mã mẫu trên hệ thống ERP và cập nhật công thức mới trên hệ thống.• Thực hiện làm mẫu theo yêu cầu, phối hợp với phòng IE để đóng gói và gửi khách hàng, đồng thời cập nhật thông tin trên ERP.• Thực hiện lưu trữ các mẫu đã gửi khách hàng.• Cập nhật và lưu trữ mẫu tiêu chuẩn nguyên vật liệu, thay thế khi cần thiết.• Cập nhật mẫu PSS từ nhà cung cấp và đánh giá mẫu PSS trên hệ thống ERP.• Thực hiện thử nếm (cupping) và phân tích các chỉ tiêu pH, độ axit, độ ẩm và mật độ của mẫu và nguyên vật liệu.• Làm và gửi mẫu đi kiểm nghiệm theo yêu cầu của khách hàng, đồng thời cập nhật thông tin trên ERP.• Thiết lập tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cho các sản phẩm mới.• Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để xây dựng quy trình và hướng dẫn công việc nhằm xác định quy trình vận hành và chức năng của công ty.• Kiểm tra, đánh giá nguyên phụ liệu và đính kèm các chứng nhận từ nhà cung cấp.• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Trưởng phòng QC và Giám đốc.
