This role requires individuals who can adapt to changing market trends, such as sustainability and localized procurement needs, and drive the business forward with strong ownership【Job Detail】- Conduct field sales and develop new business opportunities for chemical products, synthetic resins, and electronic components.-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, mainly Japanese manufacturing companies. -Identify client needs for raw materials and propose appropriate technical and product solutions. -Prepare quotations, handle sales contracts, and manage order processing. -Issue shipping documents, invoices, and other necessary administrative paperwork (mainly for Sales Assistant). -Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery. -Monitor and track logistics, addressing any disruptions or supply chain issues proactively. -Conduct market research on industry trends, plastic regulations, and competitor activities in Vietnam. -Report sales activities, market feedback, and progress to the Japanese management team. -Other related tasks assigned by managers.
