<具体的な業務内容>
1)マーケティングとマネジメント
・ベトナム市場における自社製品の販売促進計画の提案と実行。
・市場情報の収集・分析・評価に基づき、国内市場を対象とした事業計画を立案し、実行する。
・日本のサプライヤーとベトナムの顧客との橋渡し
・通関業務等のビジネス関連書類の作成・管理

2)店舗スタッフ、スタッフマネジメント
・店舗での接客
ハイエンド層向けの眼鏡販売となり、商品種類が100種類以上ございます。
3か月~6か月程度研修の上、実際のお客様対応をしていただきます。
・ローカルスタッフのマネジメント
店舗での接客サポート、トラブル対応など
