【Job Summary】Seeking an experienced Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) or Project Leader to join a fast-growing IT services company that specializes in enterprise system development for global clients. This role plays a critical bridge between Japanese stakeholders and a Vietnam-based engineering team, ensuring that project requirements, schedules, and quality standards are clearly understood and successfully delivered.As a BrSE or Project Leader, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project execution, from requirement clarification and estimation to progress management and quality control. You will work closely with a Japanese Project Manager based overseas while collaborating daily with local engineers to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.A key aspect of this role is communication. Most specifications and documents are written in Japanese, and you will act as the primary liaison who interprets client expectations, explains system designs, and aligns technical implementation with agreed requirements. You will also support quotation creation based on specification documents and assist with project operations, including schedule tracking and reporting. In addition, you will be involved in quality assurance activities, checking deliverables before they are released to clients, and ensuring that development outcomes meet both technical and business expectations.
