【求人概要】
・日系建築設計事務所のベトナム(ホーチミン)拠点にて、業務を担っていただける人材を募集しております
【業務内容】
・取引先請求書、契約書、経費請求書、VAT(付加価値税)請求書、支払い概要などの文書の準備並びに処理。
・スタッフの給与支払いの月次概要を準備し、各スタッフのタイムシートと照合。
・契約や支払いに関する会計コンサルタントや監査人からの問い合わせ対応。
・オフィス環境を清潔で効率的に保ち、建物管理、清掃、セキュリティ、メンテナンスに関してビルオーナーや業者と連絡、交渉。
・名刺、文房具、飲料水、郵便、宅配便等の発注。
・日本からの役員やスタッフ、お客様の出張がある際のサポート。空港送迎、ホテルやレストランの予約。
・本社からの駐在員のサポート、ビザ取得の支援。
・本社からの通達をスタッフへアナウンスし遵守を監督する。
・主要な会議(取締役会、監査会議)の簡潔な議事録を日本語で作成。
・主要な行政問題について定期的に本社に更新情報を送る。
・キャッシュフロー予測の作成。
・イベント、研修などのプロジェクト予算とプロジェクト費用の概要作成。
・最新の法律や規制、本社方針に合わせた会社方針の改訂案を作成。
・四半期ごとのVAT、CIT、PITの支払い概要を作成し、外部コンサルタントとのコミュニケーションを行い、コンサルタントのドラフトレポートを確認する。
・プロジェクト費用を管理し、各スタッフがプロジェクトごとに費やした時間と費用を予算と比較して要約する。
・月次取締役会の文書と議事録を作成。
・労働レポートを作成し、年に2回、HCMC労働局に提出する。
・会計コンサルタントが作成した年次投資報告書を確認。
・契約や支払いに関する監査コンサルタントからの問い合わせに対応する(年に一度)。
・新規採用、退職、駐在員に関して人事チームと連絡を取る。
