    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for Sales.

    【Job Details】
    - Lead team of either Sportwear or Inner and ccollaborate with the sales / MD/ QC team to ensure business operation and achieve sales targets.
    - Cultivate strong relationships with customers, factories, understanding their requirements, and offering solutions to meet customers’ needs.
    - Actively prospect and generate leads to identify potential customers / business partner.
    - Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into customers.
    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
    - Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand networks.
    - Prepare and manage sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

资格

  • 应征条件

    ＜Must＞
    - Good PC skill
    - Bachelor's degree in garment textile business, marketing, merchandising
    - More than 3 years Sales Experience in Apparel manager position is highly desirable.
    - Japanese: N2 intermediate level.
    - English: Intermediate level.
    - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our products and services persuasively.
    - Proficiency in negotiation techniques to successfully close deals and hand.
