【Job Summary】- Responsible for HR MANAGER activities【Job description】(details)- Overview the employees in the factory and make sure they are in working- Check camera quite often to supervise the staff and report daily to regional HRM- Develop processes, job descriptions, and work instructions to ensure employees achieve the objectives and tasks of the Administration – Human Resources Department.- Advise and propose to the General Director on HR-related matters such as labor policies, organizational structure, manpower planning, and workforce allocation in alignment with the company’s requirements and strategy.- Develop, organize, and implement HR policies, performance evaluations, compensation and benefits policies, reward programs, internal rules, labor discipline, recruitment, and training activities.- Execute payroll, bonus calculations, and benefits.- Declare and calculate social insurance contributions.- Control and manage labor-related cost plans and general administrative expenses.- Address employee-related matters and handle labor relations issues.- Prepare reports and statistics related to employees as required by authorities.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and an efficient working environment.【Company/Job Attraction】- Working in a professional, international and dynamic environment.
