<Job Summary>They are seeking an ERP System Consultant to drive their global growth strategy. In this role, as a core member of the newly launched "Global Expansion Project," you will be responsible for proposing and supporting the implementation of their cloud ERP(for accounting) solution in the Vietnamese market. <Job detail>① ERP Implementation - For clients in the implementation phase, you will listen to their practical needs and design the operational flow within ERP. You will gather input from the sales department, accounting department, and management to ensure the flow meets the implementation goals. You will also manage and support the project, organize ERP master data, and adjust parameter settings as needed. ② Sales Support - You will conduct ERP demonstrations for new clients after deeply understanding their management challenges and system implementation goals. You will gather information on their current situation and propose ERP parameter settings and operational examples to solve identified system issues. <Attractive>- Discretion and Experience in Driving the Business: As a core member pioneering the Vietnamese market, you will gain dynamic experience where your actions directly contribute to the "global expansion of their product." - Ability to Create Problem-Solving Mechanisms: You will handle everything from upstream requirements definition for clients' management issues to proposing concrete operational flows. - Extensive Expertise in "Management x IT": Because you will be proposing "ERP"—the backbone of corporate management—you will acquire diverse industry knowledge and highly practical, advanced operational know-how. 【Onboarding & Training Program】- We have prepared an intensive program aimed at early catch-up within about half a year (6 months) after joining the company. For the first 2 to 3 months, you will receive training on the basic functions of the product. After that, you will hone your practical skills while participating in actual projects. Supported by our Vietnamese and Japanese members (including follow-up support in Vietnamese), you will be able to stand on the front lines and succeed early on.
