    【Job Summary】
    We are looking for a candidate who has much experience and has potential as a leader.

    【Job description】
    - Development, operation and maintenance of development projects of Japan Head Quater.
    - Cooperate with Japanese engineers to participate in all phases of software development lifecycle,
    from upper processes like requirement definition, basic design... to development, testing, operation.
    - Manage the schedule of all team members, closely follow the development process in addition to
    professional expertise.
    - Report directly to Japanese.
    - The other tasks assigned by the JP Director.

资格

  • 应征条件

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
    - Development experience in ReactJS/NodeJS/TypeScript (from design to code and development
    testing) at least 4-5 years.
    - Experience in application development using RDBMS(MySQL, PostgresQL, etc)
    - Can use English in daily communication
    - Management skills of an engineer (problem management)
    - Have technical skills that can train, help and support other members
    - Experience in software development in development stages (from design to operation),
    management (estimate, set schedule)
    - Understanding of the importance of ensuring the schedule and quality of a development project.
    When problems arise, can find suitable solutions and implement.
    - Understanding of the meaning of Report - Communication - Discussion (Hourensou) and
    implement.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience as a bridge engineer between Japan and Vietnam
    - Study abroad in Japan
    - Work experience in Japan or Japanese company
    - High communication ability
    - Can use Japanese language
    - Experience with the cloud (AWS)
