    【Job Summary】
    Responsible for attracting job seekers (mainly specified skilled worker/Engineer, Specialist in Humanities, International Services/exchange students), Facebook marketing, new business development

    ■Marketing (85% of workload)
    - Marketing and operation to attract customers using the company's FB (in Japan and Vietnam)
    - Development of tools to recruit job seekers, handling of job seekers
    - Development of new business

    ■Admin (15% of workload)
    - Admin work such as interpreting, billing, and dealing with government offices

    【 Job description(details) 】
    - Attract job seekers (mainly specified skilled worker/Engineer, Specialist in Humanities, International Services/exchange students)
    - Operation of company Facebook, handling of applicants and reporting to the Japanese manager
    - Developing other ways of attracting customers other than Face Book
    - Go on business trip as a interpreter and translating documents (Vietnamese⇔Japanese)
    - Admin work such as issuing invoices, dealing with government offices, etc.
    - Other tasks assinged by Japanese Manager

资格

  • 应征条件

    <Must>
    - At least 3 years of woking experience at Sending Organization (labour export company) in HR department
    - At least 3 years of working experience as a Facebook Marketing
    - Japanese Level: N2 Intermediate
    - Basic skills of Excel, Word and Power Point

    <Prefer>
    - Having experience in worikng at Start-up company
    - Having connection with broker that attract customers
    - Having working experience as a Facebook Marketing (especially Specified skilled worker or Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services)
    - Having connection with local ministries, board of educations and universities
