工作内容
Be responsible to follow up all order information from customers in domestic. Direct and controls receipt of orders and their release delivery order to warehouse.
- Providing help and advice to customers using your organization's products or services.
- Communicating courteously with customers. Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long standing problems. Handling customer complaints or any major incidents
- Making schedule for domestic delivery activities daily as shipping by truck, air and sea
- Checking all necessary shipping documents (PO, Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO, COA...) to ensure that documents meet the requirements of customs regulation
- To co-ordinate with other departments to make sure the delivery is on schedule.
- Other tasks as assigned by Logistics Assistance Manager and/or SM/Factory Deputy General Director
资格
应征条件
<Must>
1.Have bachelor's degree.
2. English: At least Intermedidate level.
3. Having around 2 years experience as Customer Service, Import- Export, Logistic staff in trading or manufacturing companies.
4. Having experience about making shipping documents (PO, Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO, COA...) to ensure that documents meet the requirements of customs regulation
5. Good at Microsoft office.
6. Can work under pressure.

- Having import - export/ Logistic experience in Japanese Manufacturing company.英文
