【業務詳細】
■ 日本人メンバー採用活動のマネジメント
・事業計画から逆算した中~長期的な採用目標の策定、短~中期の採用計画のブラッシュアップ、媒体ごとのアクションプラン
・KPIの策定
・採用オペレーションの構築・管理、必要に応じて新しい採用システムの導入
・採用に係る課題の洗い出しからタスク分解、実行までのマネジメント。
・人材エージェントマネジメント
・面接対応
■ 人事制度構築・運用
・バリューを維持しながら、組織拡大に対応した人事制度の構築(経営層、リーガル、Global HR Teamと協力いただきながら)
・「人事制度はこうあるべき」にとらわれず、弊社に合った制度をイチからつくることにチャレンジいただく
■ 労務関連業務
・拡大フェーズにある現組織において、今後必要な労務関連のオペレーション強化施策検討と実行
