  <JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
  - Design and develop annual internal audit plan and responsibility for executing the internal audit.
  - Implement internal audit, identify any risk related to management, compliance and conduct risk assessment that affect to the company's business.
  - Report the risk which identify base on audit program. Follow-up action plans which defined at departments to make sure that action plans will be implemented effectively in order to minimize risks for Company.
  - Check and maintain the compliance with policies and procedures base on legal and company policies.
  - Assist of the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activity in company as request and report the results to Management and BOD.
  - Coordinate with other Divisions to monitor and control risk management, compliance, security legal and external audit.
  - To prepare (draft) and review all the contracts.
  - Support and give advice to BOD and other Department managers to systemize and strengthen their management control and compliance to prevent risk.
  - To perform extra tasks as required by the internal audit management.
  
  <AUTHORITY>
  - Implementation of an audit in accordance with auditing plans approved.
  - Control & check the countermeasure action plan actions after audit program.
  - Take in charge of the activities to build and perfect the processes of company policies.
  - Suggestion to modify the procedure as rule in order to strictly control.
  - Update and instruction the legal to all.
