【Tóm tắt công việc】- Phụ trách toàn bộ công việc điện - điều khiển cho máy móc công nghiệp và máy chuyên dùng, lấy PLC làm trung tâm điều khiển. 【Mô tả công việc】(chi tiết)- Phụ trách toàn bộ công việc điện - điều khiển cho máy móc công nghiệp và máy chuyên dùng, lấy PLC làm trung tâm điều khiển.- Thiết kế điều khiển thiết bị bằng PLC Mitsubishi bao gồm thiết kế I/O, lập trình Ladder và kiểm tra hoạt động.- Thiết kế, lập trình màn hình HMI và liên kết dữ liệu điều khiển.- Điều khiển cảm biến, cơ cấu chấp hành, động cơ, biến tần và servo motor.- Trực tiếp đi dây trên thân máy, lắp ráp tủ điện điều khiển, lựa chọn tiết diện dây và đầu cos phù hợp.- Thiết kế sơ đồ điện tủ điều khiển, lựa chọn linh kiện và thi công mạch khí nén (xy lanh, van điện từ...) dựa trên bản vẽ cơ khí.- Chạy thử máy, điều chỉnh hoạt động, xử lý sự cố và soạn thảo tài liệu hướng dẫn.- Lưu ý: Thiết bị chủ yếu là hệ thống độc lập (stand-alone), không yêu cầu mạng phức tạp【Điểm hấp dẫn của công việc】- Cơ hội học hỏi và nâng cao kỹ năng quản lý theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.- Cơ hội thăng tiến lên vị trí lãnh đạo- Chế độ phúc lợi đầy đủ
