【Tóm tắt công việc】- Chịu trách nhiệm trước BGĐ công ty quản lý điều hành công trường.【Mô tả công việc】- Lập tiến độ tổng và tiến độ chi tiết. Chịu trách nhiệm về tiến độ, chất lượng công trình.- Lập kế hoạch nhân lực, vật tư và máy móc thiết bị.- Lập kế hoạch và biện pháp kiểm soát chất lượng thi công, ATLĐ, VSMT và PCCC.- Ký duyệt chứng từ kế toán: thu, chi, nhập, xuất đúng theo phân cấp quản lý của Công ty.- Nghiên cứu và đề xuất các phương án, biện pháp thi công có hiệu quả và phù hợp với tình hình thực tế công trình.-Kiểm tra, giám sát các tổ đội và nhà thầu phụ trên công trường. điều hành công trường đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng- Chỉ đạo trực tiếp các bộ phận quản lý chất lượng, kỹ thuật, an toàn lao động và vệ sinh môi trường và các tổ đội thi công. Phân công và giao nhiệm vụ cho các bộ phận này.- Tuyển nhân công làm việc trên công trường.- Phối hợp với TVGS, CĐT trong công tác quản lý dự án- Thực hiện các thủ tục Nghiệm thu giai đoạn thanh toán, Nghiệm thu bàn giao công trình đưa vào sử dụng & Nghiệm thu với các cơ quan ban ngành theo đúng quy định.- Dự trù kế hoạch tiền vốn và kế hoạch vật tư báo cáo BGĐ công ty để phục vụ thi công công trường đảm bảo tiến độ không bị gián đoạn.
