1. Quản lý thi công dự án :- Lập tiến độ thi công , biện pháp thi công dự án .- Lập kế hoạch triển khai dự án , bảng phân công công việc tại dự án .- Đại diện công ty giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình thi công, tổ chức họp vơi các bộ phận, khách hàng để giải quyết vấn đề- Triển khai kế hoạch thi công , giám sát dự án đảm bảo dự án thi công An toàn, chất lượng , đúng tiến độ .- Tham gia cuộc họp với chủ đầu tư, thầu chính .- Làm báo cáo tuần, báo cáo tháng gửi tới quản lý cấp trên và khách hàng- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thanh toán .2. Khi chưa có dự án, sẽ thực hiện các công việc Khảo sát , thiết kế dự án :- Khảo sát dự án mới , làm báo cáo khảo sát .- Lên phương án thiết kế dự án , triển khai bản vẽ.- Bóc tách khối lượng.- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thầu .- Làm báo cáo tới cấp trên .

Responsibilities;• Work collaboratively with our team in the execution of tenancy coordination in through all stages of a project.• Tenancy coordination Designer must be able to do coordination with all relevant parties, understanding all interior drawings, technical drawings, construction drawings, submission (Authority drawings), to have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical system.• General practice of site supervision, management of schedule.• Review of drawings submitted by Tenant• Working closely with tenants during the project. Assist to Project Manager on every aspect of the projects and make sure that the project is in line with scope, quality, plan, schedule, and budget. Acting as “Site Manager” to supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure continual and efficient progress of all works as well as quality control and shall report to Client/Superior on all aspects of performance and progress. Prepare and check all material (TOM-Take of Material) and equipment for construction, ensure that all are followed system design and meet customer’s requirement. Review and liaise drawing specifications/shop drawings to ensure compliance by Contractorand subcontractor as contract. Monitor and determine actual manufacturing, construction planning and scheduling, construction methods, and construction progress; certify the validity of progress cited in each progress payment invoice submitted by the contractors. Assist Client operating and management staff during performance and acceptance tests. Includes submit the results with recommendations to Client regarding final acceptance of the works. Provide assistance to Client concerning matters pertaining to final acceptance of the Plant. Review and recommend tentative Hand Over and Acceptance Certificates for the equipment, subject to prior approval of Client.
