Operation of import/export procedures - Preparation of trade documents (invoice, packing list, B/L (bill of lading), etc.) - Handling customs procedures (preparation of application documents and liaison with relevant authorities) - Collection and reporting of information on tariffs and regulations2. Management of trade documents - Management of documents from preparation to storage - Management of invoices and shipping lists - Issuance and management of certificates3. Dealing with clients and suppliers - Contact and coordination with overseas business partners via telephone and e-mail - Confirmation and negotiation of delivery dates, payment terms, etc.- Handling and resolving any problems that may arise.4.
