【Job Summary】As a Senior Engineer Staff, you will play a key role in leading engineering efforts in design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of refrigeration systems, display showcases, kitchen/shop system installations, and related equipment. You will bridge between the technical team, project stakeholders, production, and external partners to ensure products and services meet Japanese quality standards, safety, and efficiency expectations【What you will be working on】-Lead and oversee engineering projects: from conceptual design, detailed design, through to production, installation, and commissioning of commercial freezer/refrigerator units and showcases.-Participate in development of specifications, technical drawings, datasheets, and ensure compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory standards.-Troubleshoot technical issues during manufacturing, installation, and maintenance; propose corrective actions and preventive measures.-Collaborate with R&D / design teams (including those in Japan if applicable) to adapt and improve products based on customer feedback, environmental conditions, cost, and functionality.-Monitor technical performance metrics (e.g. energy efficiency, reliability, failure rates), analyze data, and implement improvements.-Ensure documentation (manuals, QC procedures, BOMs, work instructions) is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company / customer requirements.-Mentor and coach junior engineers and technical staff: conduct technical reviews, provide guidance, share best practices.-Coordinate with production/manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, manufacturable, and cost-effective.-Support after-sales service: advising on maintenance, resolving warranty issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.-Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld in engineering projects.-Other related tasks■Attractive Point- They are very big company in Japan so you can work at good environment!- They expand several business so you can try new business!
