【Job Summary】- Responsible as a Market Development Director【Job description】(details)- Develop strategic market development plans, explore potential customers, and strengthen diversified distribution channels across the system.- Consolidate and analyze market data to promote market development in the wood industry.- Develop customer care plans to maintain and exploit potential clients, aiming to increase company revenue.- Directly work and negotiate with assigned customers from receiving product information, quotations, and samples to order confirmation, and monitor production progress from factory to customer.- Directly negotiate with customers regarding contract terms, delivery conditions, payment terms, and sample requirements according to the company's regulations.- In cases beyond assigned authority, report promptly to management for timely resolution.- Coordinate communication between customers and relevant departments to ensure timely and effective information handling.- Receive information via email and other communication channels regarding any issues from customers and partners.- Relay customer feedback to factories and report any unresolved issues to the Chairman of the Board.- Plan and attend industry fairs to survey markets, expand networks, and reference models/brands to help stabilize production and sales.- Evaluate and report on customer and market trends to the Chairman of the Board.- Frequently travel abroad to develop international markets for wooden furniture.【Company/Job Attraction】- Chance to overseas business trip - A dynamic and supportive work environment.- Full benefits package
