To contact, explain, and instruct tenants to follow the regulations and standards of the landlord• To hold the meeting with tenants and related parties to solve the issue if any.• Conduct inspection together with Mall management teams, tenants and advise for anydefects or items to be rectified• Preparation of all documents including application form, schedule, check-sheet, report form.
