  <Job Summary>
  This role is responsible for executing master production planning, weekly capacity management, and finished goods inventory control for electric heating appliance manufacturing. The candidate will serve as a key liaison aligning operations between Sales and Production while collaborating closely with Japanese management using their Japanese language skills. Additionally, the position involves analyzing production efficiency using KPIs to drive continuous operational improvements.

  - Formulate and adjust the annual master production plan.
  - Manage weekly production allocations and balance production capacity.
  - Detail finalized production plans for each product code.
  - Coordinate and align operations between Sales and Production departments.
  - Monitor progress and update monthly rolling production plans.
  - Generate production efficiency analysis reports based on KPIs and drive operational improvements.
  - Manage product inventory levels and adjust production schedules accordingly.
