  【Job Summary】
  This position is responsible for overseeing daily production line operations, monitoring product quality, guiding and managing factory workers, and handling standard operating procedures and task transitions at our food processing plant. The role combines active floor supervision (approx. 80%) to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and administrative duties (approx. 20%) involving daily progress data entry and logging.

  - On-Floor Operations & Quality Monitoring (80%):
  - Line Inspection & Supervision: Conduct regular walk-throughs across the processing floor (standing work; no heavy lifting required) to observe, monitor, and ensure that general factory workers execute their assigned tasks strictly according to operational and hygiene guidelines.
  - Quality Control & Sorting Oversight: Inspect raw material processing, specifically checking whether workers accurately identify and remove defective performative items, such as abnormal eggplant shapes or color discolorations.
  - Worker Guidance & Instruction: Provide immediate on-the-spot corrective guidance, training, and feedback to workers whenever non-compliance or handling errors are observed.
  - Product Transition & Setup Management: Coordinate and prepare line equipment, workflow arrangements, and materials during product line changeovers, ensuring seamless and efficient transitions between different product runs.
  
  - Administrative & Data Entry Tasks (20%):
  - Progress Logging & Reporting: Spend approximately 1.5 hours daily inputting operational data, completion metrics, yields, and task completion statuses into the internal management system/spreadsheet.
