  ＜Job summary＞
  A leading global audio equipment manufacturer is establishing a high-value manufacturing facility in Dong Nai to support rapid worldwide business growth. The company seeks an experienced professional to lead production control operations, build efficient operational frameworks, and manage a growing local team. This critical role offers long-term career progression toward departmental leadership within a dynamic, expanding international organization. Candidates will drive key plant operations while fostering collaboration across global and local units.
  
  ＜Responsibilities＞
  - Implement and improve ERP systems, define requirements, and streamline operational processes
  - Establish, organize, and stabilize the Production Control Department during the factory setup phase
  - Supervise, train, and evaluate department staff to build organizational capability and performance
  - Formulate internal department regulations, production control standards, and material management processes
  - Coordinate order forecasts with headquarters in Japan and formulate production and shipping schedules
  - Oversee production planning and progress tracking across SMT, DIP, and assembly line operations
  - Manage external logistics partners, warehouse operations, inventory control, and space utilization
  - Coordinate EPE customs declarations, maintain inventory records, and handle customs report submissions
  - Prepare plant cost structures, manage operational budgets, and track cost performance metrics
  - Monitor revenue execution and prepare internal reporting documents for executive management
  - Track cost trends and progress for new product introduction projects
  - Maintain daily operational communication and alignment with headquarters in Japan
  - Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth plant setup and operation
  - Other related duties as assigned
