【Job Summary】Seeking a proactive Sales Accounting Officer to manage our financial sales activities and support our expanding trading operations. This role is central to our business, encompassing everything from revenue recording and tax invoicing to managing accounts receivable and inventory levels.The successful candidate will not only handle core accounting tasks but also support import procedures and after-sales service documentation. We are looking for a Japanese-speaking professional who can work independently, adapt to tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a dynamic trading environment.【Responsibilities】- Record revenue, issue tax invoices, and manage delivery notes accurately.- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) management and perform inventory reconciliation.- Support the goods import process, including preparing purchase orders.- Collaborate with logistics agencies to follow up on orders and import status.- Process documentation for after-sales services, including returns and exchanges.- Handle documentation for the resolution of expired or damaged product issues.- Prepare tax reports and facilitate tax filing and payments.- Liaise with tax officers and authorities when required.- Utilize IT tools (Accounting software, AI, Office suite) to optimize workflows.- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager or General Director.【Job Attraction】- Career Versatility: Gain experience in a multi-faceted role covering accounting, logistics, and sales administration.- Japanese Corporate Excellence: Work within a globally recognized company with a stable and structured professional environment.- Market Growth: Be part of a company at the forefront of the retail and E-commerce expansion in Vietnam.
