  <Job summary>
  A leading Japanese industrial optical technology and equipment manufacturer is expanding its presence in Vietnam to meet the growing demand in northern industrial zones. The company is seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to support semiconductor equipment, responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, and maintenance support of specialized exposure devices at key client sites. This role includes comprehensive technical training in Japan to develop deep product expertise in advanced industrial machinery and offers long-term career stability within a global high-tech company serving leading electronics manufacturers in Vietnam
  
  <Responsibilities>
  - Perform field maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily customer support for semiconductor back-end exposure equipment
  - Conduct equipment installation, setup, and regular maintenance inside cleanroom facilities at customer sites
  - Respond promptly to technical issues and resolve machine breakdowns at client factories in northern industrial parks
  - Provide technical operational guidance and routine maintenance instruction to client manufacturing teams
  - Manage spare parts requirements and report field technical status to regional management
  - Collaborate with overseas engineering teams and technical partners on advanced machinery issues
  - Read technical manuals, schematics, and update maintenance records accurately in English
  - Participate in technical training programs in Japan to master specialized equipment systems
  - Prepare daily and weekly field service reports for regional headquarters and branch leadership
  - Coordinate schedule with field service managers to ensure seamless on-site support coverage
  - Maintain high safety and performance standards during all cleanroom service operations
  - Travel regularly to client manufacturing plants in designated industrial zones
  - Communicate technical status clearly to international team members and regional stakeholders
  - Monitor machine performance metrics to prevent unexpected operational downtime
  - Other related duties as assigned
