  【Job Summary】
  One of the clients, which provides interior designing of offices and restaurants, is now looking for an Interior Designer.
  
  【Job description】
  - Manage overall site supervision and daily construction progress.
  - Prepare project estimation sheets and cost documentation.
  - Review and interpret MEP drawings for site execution.
  - Create MEP drawings if skill allows.
  - Submit construction permission applications to building management or local authorities.
  - Monitor and control project timelines to prevent delays.
  - Coordinate and manage local subcontractors and site workers.
  - Work night shifts (22:00 - 06:00) according to project requirements.
  - Travel on business trips to surrounding provinces in southern Vietnam as needed.
  - Other related tasks assigned by the manager.
