  <Overview>
  You will be responsible for overseeing dyeing technology, quality control, and color matching operations at a partner yarn dyeing factory in Dong Nai Province. This position involves succeeding a Japanese dyeing engineer who is scheduled to retire and return to Japan in early 2027. Following a comprehensive handover period, you will be expected to perform your duties autonomously as the sole technical specialist on-site.

  - Overseeing yarn dyeing processes and technical operations at the partner factory in Dong Nai Province.
  - Conducting precise color matching, adjusting dyeing formulas (recipes), and managing quality control for production orders.
  - Performing physical property inspections and color fastness tests to maintain high product quality.
  - Addressing technical issues, handling quality-related complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  - Receiving detailed training and a handover of duties from the incumbent Japanese dyeing engineer until February 2027 (business trips to Vietnam once a month are planned even after the incumbent returns to Japan).
  - Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams (interpretation support available as needed).
  - Traveling to Hanoi as required.
  - Performing other tasks as directed by management.
