  <Job Summary>
  They are seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Staff member to join our team in Dong Nai. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting product quality, maintaining quality control standards, and facilitating clear technical communication between on-site production teams and Japanese management.
  
  <Detail>
  - Raw Material & Finished Product Quality Management: Control and ensure the quality of incoming raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products at the factory complies with the specified technical standards.
  - QC Personnel Assignment & Management: Coordinate and assign tasks to each production stage and monitor the performance of QC personnel.
  - Quality Records & Reporting Management: Collect, compile data, store documents belonging to the QC department, and prepare periodic/ad hoc quality reports for superiors.
  - Implementing directives from superiors: Receive, plan, and strictly implement instructions and tasks assigned by the Manager/Department Head.
  - Other related tasks from manager.
