  【Job Summary】
  A well-established foreign-invested manufacturing company in Vietnam is looking for a professional Occupational Safety & Health Manager to oversee factory safety systems. Operating independently from the production division, this role reports directly to the Vice President and maintains neutrality to audit, instruct, and improve safety standards across all local operations.
  
  The ideal candidate will build, implement, and continuously improve the safety and health management system to foster a strong safety culture. Candidates must possess professional knowledge of local safety regulations and demonstrate excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functionally and report critical risks directly to the management team.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Ensure full compliance with Vietnam occupational safety and health (OSH) laws and manage regulation changes.
  - Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's OSH management systems and guidelines.
  - Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  - Perform regular factory safety patrols, managing chemical, machinery, and electrical hazards.
  - Investigate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and establish preventive measures.
  - Organize and conduct safety training sessions for new hires and regular employees.
  - Manage emergency response teams, including first-aid and firefighting drill operations.
  - Oversee and guide safety officers across production, QC, warehouse, maintenance, and HR departments.
  - Report critical safety issues and audit results directly to the Vice President and President.
  - Other related tasks.
