  【Job Summary】
  This role focuses on video production for digital marketing initiatives, encompassing editing, high-volume production, and creative optimization.
  While the primary focus is video, you will also handle static graphic design for various marketing collateral. You will collaborate with existing designers to maintain high-quality creative expression and work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to align production with posting schedules and operational strategies.
  
  【Job Detail】
  ▪️Video Editing:
  - Create videos for SNS and digital advertising (ranging from short-form to project-specific lengths).
  
  ▪️Content Repurposing:
  - Adapt event footage and raw materials into SNS content (editing, structural adjustments, and optimization for distribution).
  
  ▪️High-Volume Production:
  - Manage variation production, including minor iterations, multi-pattern testing, and reflecting performance-based improvements.
  
  ▪️Static Design:
  - Create thumbnails, social media posts, banners, and other non-video marketing assets.
  
  ▪️Ad Support:
  - Assist in distribution planning through asset adjustments, resizing, and minor creative revisions.
  
  ▪️Workflow Management:
  - Maintain production templates, manage data/files, and contribute to the improvement of production workflows.
